CGM is a family-owned business, which I started in 1985. Initially working alone, I focused on the maintenance of churchyards and gardens, quickly identifying an increasing demand for my services.

As the company expanded, I was contracted by a Local Authority in 1989 to carry out a range of grounds maintenance work on a regular basis. This relationship has continued and we now hold contracts with Local Authorities, Parish Councils, Utility Companies, Housing Associations, as well as other commercial customers from shopping precincts to hotels.

My wife Julie has now joined me in the business, and together the team also specialises in garden work, landscaping and outdoor maintenance for private homeowners.

In 2007, we bought a Norwich-based grounds maintenance and landscaping company and won a major Environment Agency contract for riverside management.

Over the years, CGM has developed the knowledge and skills required to guarantee the environment around us is maintained to the very highest standard.
