EcoLive is a cloud-based system which allows us to schedule, manage, track and report on work progress.
Each one of our team leaders has a mobile device which EcoLive links directly to, with our in-house administration team scheduling future works and activating current work schedules live, direct to an operative’s mobile device. Everything needed, live, in one place.
As well as scheduling client work, the system has been built to ensure compliance tasks such as machinery checks, health and safety documents and management site audits are completed.
This moves away from a paper system to an electronic one which allows us to have live reporting of our data as well as a more efficient invoicing procedure.
