Indicative of our commitment to achieving this positive culture, our Health and Safety Management System carries ISO 45001:2018 accreditation to UKAS standards, and we also hold Gold Standard accreditation with Constructionline and CHAS accreditation and our membership of SSIP.
CGM is ISO9001:2008 UKAS approved via ISOQAR for its Quality Management System and ISO14001:2004 UKAS approved via ISOQAR for its Environmental Management System.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management and our overall approach to process and continual improvement.
As part of our certification we operate a companywide Quality Management Systems (QMS) which serves many purposes including: Improving processes, reducing waste, lowering costs, facilitating and identifying training opportunities, engaging our staff and setting organisation-wide direction and our commitment to Auditing and Compliance Monitoring across our own business and our client activities.
In essence our QMS ensures that we fully control, measure, monitor, review and improve on our quality performance on a continual basis in order to raise standards and promote best practice.
