CGM Group maintains Upwell War Memorial

Upwell War Memorial, a focal point for villagers to remember and pay respect to all, past and present, of the parish who have given their lives for their country.

CGM Group recently volunteered to maintain Upwell Village War Memorial Garden. Immediate works consisted of improving the appearance of the memorial ready for the service on Remembrance Sunday. Future works will involve applying a fertiliser and herbicide alongside a full autumn renovation of the lawn consisting of scarification, aeration and an overseed.
