Last week saw the unveiling of a ‘Happy to Chat’ bench in our home town of Downham Market. The bench has been designed to be a place where the community can come and sit and enjoy the garden, chat to other people, relax and reflect.
CGM are pleased to have donated compost, bulbs, a planter bench and locally produced plants that help with mental health - such as lavender for local residents to enjoy.
The High Sheriff of Norfolk, Michael Gurney, along with Councillor Becky Hayes and former Mayor Jenny Groom joined together to cut the ribbon officially opening the garden to the public.
CGM are delighted to contribute to such an important cause within our local community, aligning with our ongoing support for mental health and wellbeing. The opening coincides with World Mental Health Day which takes place on 10th October 2021.
